The Arena
The Arena has a highly flexible floor space ringed by tiered seating which can be adapted and dressed to suit any event from 100 to 10,000.
As one of the top music destinations in the midlands, it’s a regular destination for touring superstars; including Lady Gaga, Michael Bublé, Beyonce and Metallica in recent years. The Arena also hosts conferences, fashion shows, sporting events, gala dinners, banquets, religious events and more.
In its ice sports role the Arena is home to the GMB Nottingham Panthers Ice Hockey team and GB Short Track Speed Skating Squad who practice and play on the full size Olympic Ice rink which is concealed beneath the Arena’s special floor. Regularly appearing on television during the ice hockey season, the Arena is also fitted with broadcast quality lighting.
