Disabled access

The conference facilities at the National Ice Centre Nottingham are easily accessible for visitors with disabilities:

Wheelchair Access

Wheelchair access to the Arena and the Conference Suites is either via the entrance doors on Bolero Square or via the lift from Lower Parliament Street. Once inside the venue there are lifts to all floors, wheelchair accessible toilet facilities and wide walkways for wheelchair users.

Hearing Assistance

A hearing assistance system is installed within the Arena. Hearing loops are also installed at the Box Office.

Disabled parking

There is a disabled car park right next to the National Ice Centre on Dean Street run by Nottingham City Council for blue badge holders on a first come first serve basis, as well as disabled spaces in all nearby car parks.
