Service Level Promise
1. You will receive a response to any event enquiry within one working day or a timescale that suits you. All formal proposals outlining how we would manage your event will be prepared within two working days.
2. A dedicated Conference & Events Co-ordinator will handle all the details of your event enquiry and will be contactable at any time.
3. An experienced member of our Conference & Events Team will be assigned to assist you on the day of your event and will be contactable at all times. If requested, they will also be available to conduct a debrief with you before you leave on the day.
4. Your room will be prepared to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, and will be set ready to your specification at least thirty minutes prior to the start of your event or by a timescale agreed by you.
5. All refreshment breaks and meals will start and finish no later than the times specified and agreed before the event.
6. You will receive a follow up call from your Conference & Events Co-ordinator within two working days of your event to discuss your feedback.
7. We will send your final invoice no later than seven working days after your event. It will clearly reflect the written quotation you received prior to your event and all extras (if any) will have been authorised by the approved person.

Staff adhere to a written Service Level Promise, but it’s the friendly, courteous, attentive qualities that you’ll long remember. Your personal Conference & Events Co-ordinator will work with you from day one; listening, informing and planning every aspect of your event.
We don’t provide ‘off the shelf’ packages. Your event will be tailored to your requirements, right down to the last detail. Our commitment to you is an exceptional level of service to make your event as smooth and stress-free as possible.
