Destination Nottingham
Welcome to the City of Nottingham - a bustling metropolis in a leafy shire. Robin Hood will be the first name on your lips but don’t forget Lord Byron, Alan Sillitoe, Jesse Boot, DH Lawrence, the inimitable ‘Cloughie’ and our skating stars Torvill and Dean.
Nottingham has legends and personalities aplenty but it’s essentially a vibrant, dynamic city, populated with high street shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, cinemas, theatres, art galleries and history at every turn, all of which are a short walk from the National Ice Centre.
The National Ice Centre is located right at the heart of Nottingham’s famous and historic Lace Market, where the ghosts of yesteryear jostle with fashionable pubs and intimate restaurants. Our landmark building is situated just a stone’s throw from most forms of relaxation; temptations to whet your guests’ appetite before and after your main event.
Within easy reach
